As for Jobst, he really hurt his chances with his unequivocal manner of reporting. If you can't prove that somebody did something or what they did was the direct cause of, then that is defamation or libel. I'm not surprised he lost on that technicality. There's a reason why YouTubers like Simon Whistler constantly use 'allegedly' in their scripts.
