Billy WAS definitely partially a contributor to Apollo's death. It's just that something like this is incredibly hard to prove because the implication is akin to murder. But if you present that idea like Karl did, you get sued and most likely lose The most frustrating thing here is definitely just Billy winning whatsoever. It's probably only gonna cover his extravagant legal fees. Not saying Billy is probably gonna break even cuz he's suing so many people, but because of Karl's actions, Billy is free to sue even more.
