It would have been difficult to know just how utterly unsuited he was for being President before he was elected, so it would have been reasonable for someone to have voted for him because his policy vector was closer to their preference vector than Clinton's was. Not really since he was a multiple time bankrupted failed businessman. Maybe if you lived in East Bumblefuck you wouldn't know but anyone in New York, New Jersey, Eastern PA, and Delaware knew exactly how unsuited he was (or at least should have known) --- "How can.. the Prime minister.. support a law.. that makes it illegal for people.. who....What I'm trying to say is..
