The lawsuit is about the videos not any one specific remark in the video.

You have to:

1. Say something you know is false or has no reason to believe is true
2. Do so with the intent to damage someone's reputation
3. Actually damage their reputation

The easiest thing to prove #1 was the Legend suicide comments. Everything else in the videos is ammo for #2 & #3. Of course what Karl wanted you to believe was his vibe-based legal theory that Billy was suing him for exposing cheating and not because Karl literally broke the law.
