The biggest issue is finding another country or countries willing to buy as much. The US is a big market, finding other countries willing to buy the same amount is a massive undertaking. Which is why the orange fuckbucket thinks he has the upper hand. Good thing other countries will be willing to take the hit just to fuck him.
