It's a gooner gacha game.
I think the core gameplay mechanics actually kinda suck, the game is always better the less you have to interact with it. For example, thanks to balancing oversights, the optimal way to pay many rocket launcher and sniper characters is to click at a certain rhythm about 3 times a second... for 3 minutes per encounter. The more you try to optimize, the dumber the game gets. Some people reset on boss fights until they get a perfect run of crits which is about .25^6. But the less you engage, of the game forces you to engage in those mechanics the better - you can play idle or just hold left click.

The story is great. There's some legit emotional moments and lots of deep themes addressed well. The quality of the writing can swing hard from part to part, but some of the characters are always great (Drake).

I don't think it's especially titillating, though, besides the character designs that are made to catch attention. There's some allusions and mentions of sex, but no descriptions. Some of the pictures are risque, but really no more than the most risque WWE pin ups.
