Yes you aren't using your own ingredients, but you also don't need to start from scratch to make your own pizza. For example when I follow that video I posted I usually get the dough from somewhere else because it's a lot faster and easier When you think about it, there's probably not a whole lot of difference between "making your own" and popping a frozen pizza in the oven.
