PT Anakin is not weaker than PT Obi-wan, not at all. Anakin is the more powerful.

Obi-wan is more mature. He knows Anakin inside and out because he trained him and has fought with him hundreds of times. He's more skillful. There are more factors to victory than raw power with the force. Maul was stronger than Obi-wan in TPM, too. He lost because he was arrogant.

Also, Dooku beat Obi-wan and almost killed him.

Yodas age is not the same as another species age.

Yoda is shown to be impacted by his age. He literally walks with a cane. He can still throw down when he desires.

All sequels are unnecessary. As are all movies for that matter. These ones have just as much a right to exist as any other. But they were never going to please you. You are too protective of these characters.
