He's been toxic to balance since he released. In Ultimate, he's got shitty 50/50 reactions that become un-reactable online that are low risk high reward. He can punish way too much while most of his moves are unpunishable, even ones like his spins that have no reason to be plus on block. And then he's got a runaway game on top of all that. He's boring to play as, boring and frustrating to fight, he needs to get fixed at the vet.
He's easily in the top echelon of characters deserving a remake after Ganondorf and Little Mac.
