A quick search says that Pakistan's nuclear arsenal is basically on parity with India's, so they're clearly there as a "we can trade a nuke for a nuke" threat to India. Assuming their stockpile even works. Unlike Russia where if even a fraction of a fraction works as intended they could hit multiple capitols in Europe/England (not to mention their sub fleet which might even have the capacity to threaten the US with nuclear hellfire) Pakistan isn't really a player on the nuclear power list. Saber-rattle? Yeah. Actual threat?
