I definitely didn't sleep on it! I think ultimately, I didn't like it as much as Talk to Me, even if it was perhaps the objectively better film as far as production value and practical effects. Both S tier, just comes down to personal preference I suppose.

As for the most recent horror I watched, I don't know if I have the words to describe it. It's a J-horror on Shudder called Best Wishes for All and.... I think it's the kind of film you just have to see for yourself. I don't know if I can honestly recommend it. It's very bleak, but also very entertaining. I think the most app comparison I can make is The Coffee Table from last year, but it's not quite THAT disturbing. It is possibly more unnerving though, depending on what kind of content gives you the chills. The first act is very strong in the traditional horror sense, but by the third act it evolves more into existential horror. I don't know if I can say more than that without spoiling it, but if anything I've said interests you, then look into it. I'm curious as to people's thoughts other than my husband's!
