He wasnt using his face pasted into anything Im aware of. But he did do a fucking ton of stuff just to make money because he knew he had aphasia. He was still healthy enough to work but he was aware he was having trouble remembering lines but still healthy enough to work around it and was cognizant of his decline.

So he did a ton of really low budget direct to video movies just to make a bunch more money at the end for his family. He did like 20 of them the last few years. Basically they get a big name to get funding for these movies and they try to make it look like the name is the star to the audience but in fact its just a small supporting part.
