I dabbled in 8 but dropped it and 9 is well...different. I bought the whole series on GOG, plus the free underworld games. I started at 1. Yeah is archaic, but familier. I just cant get past the first town. Am I supposed to grind? It just seems I go talk to lord britsh give him gold and he g8ves me hp. Weird. Anyway the series is my "origin" story. I'll explain. I had a friend growing up and he had ultima 3 on a apple2e. I think I went to his house and he was playing it. I asked if I could play he goes sure. Pops in a new floopy and that was the first rpg I ever played. Second he was big into DND and at school at recess we had a gaming group in the mid 80's lol. Lastly he had backyard farm. Some sheep, some goats a few chickens. Who knew in 15y I would own one. We were good friends till I moved away. Bobby if read this thank you. --- All the iron turn to rust.
