I'm just messing around. But seriously I can't eat gluten BUT even before that I was using rice flour for chicken because it is lighter and crispier. I see numerous people do it on Food Network all the time too like Bobby Flay. Rice flour is honestly a better option, and would allow gluten free people to be able to eat fried chicken more easily when out and about.
