Topic	Is there a way to unlock everything in the Binding of Isaac (iPhone)

I play fighting games exclusively against other people but dont pretend that the single player modes arent relevant I think its also like the Dark Souls shouldnt have an easy mode thing. Its something that would negatively affect absolutely no one.
