Officially, the first part (Lawful, Neutral, Chaotic) is based on the principles that the Servant considers important. While the second part (Good, Neutral, Evil) is based on their personality. To an extent, it's influenced by how the Servant sees themselves. Different incarnations of the same Heroic Spirit can also have different alignments due to them not manifesting with the exact same personality. Rider has a few alternate versions in Fate/Grand Order, and they range from Neutral Good to Chaotic Evil.I thought the alignment was used on the prototype versions of the characters, which explains why --- Some things are beautiful because they cannot be obtained. ~~ Gilgamesh ...
