I have told this story here before, but my extended family has a Georgia branch. In MTGs district actually. I love Georgia, and spent most of every summer there from the time I was born until 18.

My immediate family is strong Democrat, but that branch of the family is almost all deeply brainwashed Trumpers. I have a liberal cousin who lived a few doors down from my very MAGA Aunt in Georgia. My cousin and her husband moved to another state, mainly because she could not stand my Aunt talking about Trump day after day anymore. The way she tells it, her Mom would come over every day for years, plop down in the kitchen, and talk about Trump for hours no matter how hard anyone tried to change the subject.

Can you imagine that? Driving your family away because you cannot stop bellowing about an openly corrupt politician who doesnt know you or will ever care about you? Exchanging a loving daughter living down the street for Fox and Donald Trump of all things?

It is sick. MAGA is sick. My cousin used to call me and my Dad constantly in tears over her Mom and Dad behavior, and she finally gave up and left in disgust.

i've got an uncle that does this. likes to call and rant about the evils of liberals and how god king trump will save us all. its weird because he used to have some sense and then i found out he started keeping fox news on pretty much 24/7.
