Topic	Android released One UI 7.0 and it kinda sucks.

I don't know what you're describing but here goes: Fully pull down the notification shade > tap the pencil icon up top > tap Panel Settings in the upper left > tap Together This makes so that accessing and using the notification shade is exactly like it was before.
