The only thing Nintendo truly did here, is prove why those term agreements shouldn't have any legal weight (most can't hold up against serious legal scrutiny anyway, but that's beside the point) because almost no one has seriously read any of them, & no idea what's actually written in them, when clicking "I Agree/Accept/etc.". I assure you, Sony & Microsoft have similar language in their agreements, Nintendo just decided to be more transparent about it. --- Remember kids, it's only an RPG until someone gets hit with a meteor; Then it's a JRPG!
