I know that if this happened in any of my previous companies that I worked with, not only would the people involved against the co-worker be fired, but that co-worker would file a separate lawsuit at both the company and the individuals.True true and I agree. I was out of line which is why I apologize to the guy. I was just stating my boss wasnt about to do anything to reprimand me regarding the comment I made.
