I'd recommend getting Gorilla Arms. They're the only ones that come with a passive, that being a bonus to Body checks (like doors, possibly conversational but I'm not sure). Get the Tier Five ones and it'll bump you right to twenty and you'll be able to open everything. Also, grab Adrenaline Rush/its perks and use the Biomonitor in your Circulatory cyberware. Your durability and survivability with skyrocket.
