Topic	Why are all the good ramen so damn spicy?
kelemvor 08/17/25 1:07:17 AM #24:	Shin "red" is much more spicy than Shin "black".... It's also cheaper, by like a dollar. I like both, to be honest. Shin Black has a richer broth with more flavor.
