I think it is a lot. My utility does what is called total 12 and its an average price you pay and every 3 months they look at how much you are using/paying and make it a number that reflects a price you will pay all 12 months. You overpay in the summer and the extra money is kept in an escrow so that in the winter when your bill is higher because gas is more expensive than electricity you pay lower.

So I had a new high efficiency furnace and AC put in at the fall of 2021. My utility bill for electric and gas combined has been $122 a month and never changes. I live in the Midwest United States and it gets hot and very humid. I have a good size 5 bedroom 2,600 square foot house and I run the AC in the high 60s and it runs almost nonstop on days over 90 degrees which is a lot. My bill is always $122. In reality my bill is actually cheaper than that but gas in the winter makes it in the $200 to $300 range so I overpay all summer to make up for it but it comes out to $122 a month. Living where I am in the Midwest is pretty cheap.
