As other users have suggested, possibilities include AI generated video or some excuse to have someone else to do it. Could also see a body double situation. Honestly, I'm all in on the conspiracy theory that the right has pushed so many wild conspiracy theories over the years specifically to poison the well so they could do those conspiracies themselves and the public would refuse to believe it. More seriously, my money's on him still being alive but so blatantly *off* somehow that you'd have to be delusional to think he'll make it through the month, if that. They may well be prepping for this to be his final public appearance. ...though a part of me wouldn't mind if he held out to the end of the month.
