Do you honestly believe that corporations would simply decide to give up on free source that they don't have to pay a dime to have? Why do you think artists were the the first to get the shaft? They had 0 protection against this stuff.

Much in the same way you can censor then but anyone with a bit of desire to see it will still easily be able to find a way (not to mention AI already using torrents and the like for data of questionable legality).

The same censorship nannies would probably double down against piracy as well. By this logic, AI corporations would be doubling down at nuking pirated contents since they already have their data stored. Afaik, META used a certain book pirated site to souce most of its own info, removing said site that continuosly add more data to be siphoned to AI would be extremely detrimental since there is the possibility another AI company would simply have their own pirated content that doesn't shoot itself in his own foot.
