I'm not surprised you relapsed and gained it back. Go for a diet that you can actually sustain. It shouldn't be gimmicky. Protein spares lean body tissue and increases your metabolism so looking at the three basic macronutrients (protein, fats, and carbs), you can either opt for a lower fat or lower carb diet while eating plenty of protein.
