Her gimmick is that she's fat and ugly. Not a great place to start! She's obsessed with Vincent and spends much of the franchise trying (and eventually succeeding) in trying to get together with him. I feel for Vincent, but he seems...oddly content with the whole situation. I think he might just be a chubby chaser in disguise and downplays it publicly for the crowds. Her gimmick got old fast though, at least for me. I did find it mildly amusing when she got skinny in one of the games (CS4?) but then when that turned into her switching between fat/skinny on a dime I just lost all interest again. My suspension of disbelief has limits and +/- 100 lbs randomly just didn't sit right. She was also the person you gave your peculiar dishes to? Sure. That's all I've got.
