I then played the others in the series and really enjoyed them. ...then around many years ago I decided to replay the series and found it to be much less fun than I remembered. I stopped partway in MMBN2, and never got back to my replay of 3, which I knew was the best of them all, but I didn't I had the energy to go and see again.
