N64 games don't need source code leaks anymore. There's a developer tool that lets you recompile N64 games into C code but you still need to have the knowledge to create a PC port. Something similar happened with the 360 recently and there's now a "native" Sonic Unleashed port.
N64 games, sure. But there's plenty of classic Nintendo games out there that aren't on that particular system and I'm sure that the mod scene would love to get the source code for 'em. I mean, could you imagine what would happen if, say, the source code for Super Smash Bros. Melee got leaked, or if enough code came out that recompilation tools would soon be made available for more Nintendo systems?
