42) Port Royal (2014)

Port Royal is a Push Your Luck game for 2-5 players (but we've played with more). On your turn you will draw cards from the main deck face up. The cards will usually be ships or people. The ships come in 5 different colours and if you ever draw two of the same colour ship your turn immediately ends, so it's up to you to decide when to stop. When you decide to stop you can get coins from one of the ships, or pay for a person. People have different abilities and also are worth VP. After you make your selection, other players can select one card you drew if they pay for it and pay you 1 coin as well. This goes until someone gains 12 VP.

This is probably the game I've played the second most # of times. It's a quick filler that's easy enough to figure out and can get quite strategic at times when it comes to which people to buy.
