94. Wario Land 3 (GBC)

This game might have ended up much higher on the list if I didn't play it again in January. I can't say that I disliked it after beating it recently, but it definitely was not as fun as I once thought it was. I've talked about this recently, but I've had a very long hold on this game. It was probably my favourite non-Pokemon game on the GBC growing up, and I put countless hours into, but at the age of seven or eight it was always too tough for me and I probably restarted and played the same dozen or so levels twenty times.

When I picked it up again recently, that magic was rekindled for a long time, but after going through and beating it, the enemies and puzzles annoyed my just enough that I was glad it was over. Still, overall I enjoyed my experience replaying it, and it was such a great part of my childhood that I would feel wrong not including it here.

93. Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII (PSP)

I enjoy all things Final Fantasy VII. This game might have made the list just being an average game related to Final Fantasy VII, however I do think it is great on its own.

The Materia Fusion system, which allowed you to combine different materia to get new ones was a lot of fun, even if I essentially played the system to the point of being extremely overpowered (which is something I love to do in games).

What really draws me to this game, though, is the story. Like I said, I love all things FF7, and so getting the chance to take a deep dive into this mysterious Zack character and the origins of the greatest villain of all-time was a great experience. Seeing Sephiroth and the Turks, and even the relationship between Zack and Aerith hit all the right notes for me. Seeing the entire character arc of Zack and how we get to the beginning of FF7 was something I never knew I wanted, and something I really enjoyed.
