A person is charged with something based on a set of rules that were established, written and preserved as guidelines for conduct. If those guidelines are violated, the rules (laws) call for certain penalties. (Charges) They didn't pull this out of thin air. They're following the guidelines, or the law. It's her fault for not educating herself on the law. I'm sure you guys see how it works, whether you like it or not. Now that you know, are you going to run around with fools that can endanger your freedom because of what they do? No. She could have chose to do the same. She didn't.
