Like people do realize you have to abide by the laws and regulations of your state, and just because you "feel" that it's bullshit doesn't make any difference in the eyes of the law. And the whole "leaving and going to a primary residence to get a gun and then returning to kill them" makes you the aggressor. If you own multiple properties and you find a homeless man sleeping in one of them, you can tell them to leave. You can call the cops and have them arrested.
