Those were always options long before this was proposed. Only difference is now students don't graduate if they do not choose one the forced options. And let's be fucking honest here, we all know what the majority of people are going to "choose": government slavery (military). AGAIN, this doesn't help give them the means to go to college; they are just as poor as they were before this horrid idea. So they're poor right? Gee, I bet they're stoked to work for free then in an internship that may lead to a job in 6-24 months. So that leaves -you guessed it- the military! It's actually quite brilliant if you think about it. Military enrollment is way down, so what better way to get those numbers back up than to effectively force poor urban youth to join up? ...
