While I can see the advantages to this (not having to worry about them putting in your order wrong, or having to wait for an employee to be free to take your order), there's also a pretty big drawback here (having to wait because the person in front of you has no idea what they're doing, which is going to happen far more often with one of these kiosks). I pay my Comcast bill in person. They have these kiosks that take cash, cards and checks. So many people can't work them, so an employee hovers to help people. For some reason, you can't just pay at the counter. You have to use the kiosks.
