Topic	They put self-order kiosks in one of the McDonald's here

While I can see the advantages to this (not having to worry about them putting in your order wrong, or having to wait for an employee to be free to take your order), there's also a pretty big drawback here (having to wait because the person in front of you has no idea what they're doing, which is going to happen far more often with one of these kiosks). I've been in plenty of lines which the person in front of me didn't know how to order food from a person. Oh, absolutely! I just know the problem is going to get a whole lot worse without having a person taking the order ^_^; I have to agree with this.
