A dude's truck was blocked in and he couldn't back out because the turning arc he needed wasn't possible. I figure I'll do him a solid and go get the attendant to make the person move it. The attendant comes out to verify the plate and the guy in the truck had lost it was shaking up a can of spray paint.... he saw us and stopped then calmed down and it all got sorted peacefully.
