Broad, sweeping generalizations about any group are completely useless and are only noticed because people ignore any example that doesn't conform to their stereotypes. However, even if you put aside the morals though, it's a completely useless and efficient way to go about your life. There is no evidence to suggest that certain races are superior, so why not draw manpower from literally every willing pool of potential manpower?
