Plus you could always freeze some eggs in the event the reversal doesn't work and you change your mind while they are still viable. There's no guarantee that a BTL is reversible. In fact, most of them aren't. You literally sever the fallopian tube by electrical cautery, and there's usually barely anything left to reanastomose later down the line. Plus there's no guarantee that scar tissue hasn't janked everything up beyond recognition. A BTL (tubes tied) is highly recommended against as a form of temporary BC because it's usually not reversible, despite what the public has heard. --- ... Copied to Clipboard! |
