You are generally a little goofy, but it's a good quality IMO. Therefore it makes sense for a nice guy to get a pretty friendly looking pokemon! This thing just looks like a giant kite. There's something relaxing about flying a nice kite at the beach. One of my favorite memories as a kid was when I was in Florida flying one. I pretty much went through the entire beach with it.
