I love the American culture of tipping almost everyone for anything :D I tip my barber, cos he's self employed and he's done my hair 25 years and that's it. Everyone else is picking up a minimum wage. In England we get charged for delivery (typically £1.50 per order) to me, that's the tip and it's mandatory.
