In late high school and college I was eating more and more fast food/fried foods and when I started working full time after college was eating more take out and fast food while not exercising 2-3 hours a day like I did basically from 8 years to 22. I had constant hunger and most stuff didn't taste good. I had to basically go cold turkey from processed foods for about 4-6 months at which point keeping a regular diet became a breeze. But it was the worst thing I've ever had to go through. I would wake up punching myself in the leg so I could ignore the pain in my stomach. --- ... Copied to Clipboard! |
