Does this include Romeo and Juliet adaptations? Kind of a tangent but I do think that R&J shouldn't be in the high school curriculum. It shouldn't be banned or anything, but there's plenty of other good Shakespeare out there to replace it with that doesn't have teen suicide as a huge part of the story.

Why? It's the perfect cautionary tale about "teenage love."


I think it glorifies teen suicide. I don't think it's a cautionary tale about teenage love at all. I think it's a glorification of it.
