Idc if the pay is crap (40k Boston) I just need to speak to people and not be ina windowless room <.< Anyway it seems like the overall con at gamestop is that upper management sets unrealistic expectations. I'm seeing a trend of that being an issue in so many other jobs/industries it's an obvious glowing issue. Pair that with these unreasonable expectations for entry level positions and lack of adequate training and it's obvious companies are getting bigger but have no clue to to handle it properly I still wanna try tho --- Drunk people run stop signs, high people wait for them to turn green ...
