Muffinz0rz 05/01/17 8:03:54 PM #1: | Not sure how much I'm at right now, but I'd like to be at a certain arbitrary weight by a certain arbitrary point in the relative future. Day 1 I was taking a day off work today, which apparently means a day off the gym as well since I normally go during lunch. I had waffles and a banana for breakfast, then a big fat bacon cheeseburger for "lunch" (around 4PM so more like dinner) along with a salad consisting of spinach, apples, carrots, and balsamic dressing. Hopefully that will be filling enough until breakfast tomorrow. Would hate to have to snack a bit like right before bed since apparently it's bad for you to eat before you sleep. --- Not changing this sig until Pat Benatar is in Super Smash Bros.
