Topic	New research says bullying rates have reached an all time low.

I think people are more likely to report bullies, especially now with cyberbullying. I just think people are less violent than they used to be, which is certainally reflected in other crime statistics. People now don't just walk up to kids, punch them in the face and steal their lunch like they used to.
