| Topic | My neck hurts so bad all of a sudden |
| Doctor Foxx 05/03/17 12:34:40 PM #19: | Get yourself to a doctor. It's likely to keep getting worse without doing something about it. I've had recurring neck issues the last few years. One incident it was so bad I couldn't lift myself out of bed. Had to be helped in tears just trying to get upright. That time I went to the hospital and had to get some kind of heavy duty antispasmodic and then do physio for weeks. Now I do monthly chiropractor appointments to prevent a big flare up.
