I was 19 or so when the freiza saga was first airing on toonami in the states (basically no childhood nostalgia to cloud my judgement damn it), and lord knows I loved me some dragonball, but even so, you just got to question the massive jumps goku was pulling on namek. This dude went from what was it, 65K not using kaoi-ken, over 100k when he did use it....he was barely able to beat captain ginyu when its all said and done. You expect me to believe a dude that busted his ass with frieza's top lackey can somehow, someway realistically jump up to what was it, 150 fucking million as a super saiyan, when only like, a hour ago or so he was barely reaching 150k? Fuck outta' here. Dragonball as a series, always has and always will be a series that is for kids and best enjoyed when you just turn off your brain and enjoy the ride, since it was never meant to be taken seriously. (Real talk, they never mentioned the rabbit boss on the moon again. Goku totally breathed in space.
