If women only picked quality men, we wouldn't have so many battered women's shelters (and the reason we don't have them for men is because we, as a society -- although mostly at the urging of women --, have collectively decided that we don't give a fuck about men). In their defense, the attractive risky partner who will drain your bank account, leave you for somebody else, and probably give you a STD in the process makes life more exciting.
