| MrMelodramatic 05/07/17 5:33:32 PM #1: | every canon game in the series is better than MGS3. It totally backtracks on everything MGS2 did, which isn't hard because MGS2 is a masterpiece of a game. It subverted all expectations of what a game is even supposed to be with a great storyline and the best meta-surrealism of the whole series. And it would have been the best way to end the series, too. The only good thing about MGS3 was the final boss fight. That was just gorgeous.
